  1. About Vehicle Design
  • If you would like to get in touch with us, please send an email to [email protected] with a description of your inquiry and your contact information, and we will get back to you shortly.
  1. Order
  • Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include all details regarding the products, price, billing address, and shipping address.
  • If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us immediately by email at [email protected].
  1. Delivery 
  • Our standard delivery times are 1–3 business days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
  • All our shipments are sent via Postnord. Orders under 299 SEK are delivered as a letter directly to your mailbox. Orders over 299 SEK are sent as trackable parcels, which are also delivered to your mailbox. If the mailbox is not accessible, the package will be left at your door. Please note that deliveries are usually made during the day, and it may be helpful if someone is home to receive the package.
  • If a shipment is marked as “delivered” and Postnord can verify that it was delivered to the correct address, but the package is missing, this is considered theft and should be reported to the relevant authorities. We cannot replace packages that, according to Postnord’s delivery documentation, have been delivered correctly. If you live in an area with a high risk of theft, or if you know you won’t be available to receive the delivery, we recommend that you select “Send to a pickup point” in the message field when placing your order. We will arrange this free of charge.
  • Please note: Orders over 1,000 SEK are always shipped to the nearest Postnord agent to ensure secure delivery.

  1. Prices
  • All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT unless otherwise stated. For countries that are not members of the EU, prices are shown excluding VAT.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to price changes by suppliers, printing errors in the price list, or inaccuracies in prices resulting from incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust prices.
  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties that may apply.
  1. Right of withdrawal
  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that takes effect from the moment you receive the item you ordered.5.1When exercising your right of withdrawal:
  • You must notify us that you wish to cancel your order. Please send your notification to [email protected]. Your message must clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and the items you are returning.
  • You should return the products to us immediately, and no later than 14 days after submitting your notice of withdrawal.
  • You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products upon return; therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the item’s original value from the refund amount in the case of a used or damaged product. 5.2The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
  • Products that have been sealed (stamped) for health or hygiene reasons and where you have broken the seal (stamp).
  • Products that are sealed audio or video recordings and where you have broken the seal.
  • A custom-made product that has been specially tailored for you or has a distinct personal touch based on your preferences.
  • Services that have been performed and for which you have expressly agreed to the commencement of the service without the right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that spoil quickly, such as food.

  1. Returns and Complaints
  • We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is nevertheless damaged or incorrectly shipped upon arrival, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, to rectify the issue at no cost to you.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered. 6.1How do you file a complaint?
  • Any errors or defects must always be reported to [email protected], where you should include your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.
  • If we are unable to repair the defect or provide a replacement product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We will cover the return shipping costs for approved claims.
  • We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. When handling complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN); see arn.se.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We assume no liability for any indirect damages that may arise as a result of the product.
  • We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fires, war, government decisions, or reduced or failed deliveries from suppliers.
  • Furthermore, we assume no responsibility for any changes to products or product specifications made by the respective supplier or due to other factors beyond our control.
  1. Product Information
  • We reserve the right to correct any printing errors on this website and to sell out of products. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the products’ actual appearance, as slight color variations may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always do our best to display the products as accurately as possible.
  • FordonsDesign is an independent styling company specializing in aftermarket automotive products. Our products are high-quality and precision-engineered, but they are not original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and are not affiliated with the brands for which we offer styling products.

    All trademarks, model names, and logos mentioned are used solely to describe compatibility and are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or authorized by any car manufacturer.

  • By shopping at Fordonsdesign, you agree to our privacy policy and our processing of your personal data. We respect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or disclose your information to third parties without a legal basis.
  • Vehicle Design is responsible for processing the personal data you have provided to us as a customer. We process your personal data to fulfill your order and to send you newsletters or promotional offers. You can unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time.
  • The information below summarizes how we store and process your data in accordance withthe General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR).
  • 10.1 What is personal data?
    Personal data is any information that can be directly or indirectly attributed to a natural person.
  • 10.2 What information do we store?
    In order to process your order and respond to questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.
  • Your data will be stored for as long as we have a legal basis for processing it, such as to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation under, for example, the Accounting Act.
  • 10.3 Legal basis
    When you make a purchase, your personal data is processed to fulfill the contract with you. 
  • 10.4 What information is shared, and for what purpose?
  • 10.4.1 Payment Provider
  • When you make a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The information stored includes first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal identification number is also stored by the payment provider. This information is stored to process the purchase and to protect both parties against fraud.
    The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Swish and debit cards.
  • 10.4.2 Shipping Company
    In order to deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. The information shared with the shipping company includes your first name, last name, and delivery address. Your email address and/or mobile phone number may also be shared with the shipping company for delivery notifications.
    The shipping companies we work with are: Postnord.
  • 10.5 Right of Access
    You have the right to receive a copy of all the information we hold about you. Copies are provided electronically in a readable format.
  • 10.6 Right to Correction
    You have the right to ask us to update inaccurate information or to complete information that is incomplete.
  • 10.7 The Right to Be Forgotten
    You may request that your personal data be deleted at any time. There are few exceptions to the right to erasure, such as when the data must be retained because we are required to comply with a legal obligation (for example, under the Accounting Act).
  • 10.8 Data Protection Officer
    Fordonsdesign is responsible for the storage and processing of personal data in the online store and ensures compliance with the regulations.
  • 10.9 How we protect your personal data
    We use industry standards such as SSL/TLS and one-way hash algorithms to securely store, process, and transmit sensitive information, such as personal data and passwords.

  • We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be published online on the website. The revised terms and conditions are deemed accepted when you place an order or visit the website.
  1. Disputes and Choice of Law
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably between the company’s customer service department and the customer, you as a customer may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN); see arn.se. Residents of an EU country other than Sweden can submit complaints online via the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform, see http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  • In the event of a dispute, we will abide by the decision of ARN or an equivalent dispute resolution body.
  • Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions shall be governed by Swedish law.
